DPS is a drug benefit management company with services that cover over twenty-five million people. Research Systems Analyst Provided data management, software development/engineering and comprehensive analysis for pharmacoeconomic and outcomes research projects. Information from these studies was used in numerous applications including: development of new care management products, enhancement of drug formulary decisions, Disease Management, and support of SmithKline Beecham product development. Position existed in United HealthCare’s Center for Health Care Policy & Evaluation until May 1994 when it was transferred to United HealthCare’s DPS specialty company. That same day DPS and it’s 600+ employees were sold to SmithKline Beecham PLG (was the worlds 4th largest drug company) for 2.3 Billion dollars. 

Northwest Airlines Inc.

Manager Line Planning and Analysis - Technical Operations, Line Maintenance - Position was a hybrid of Business and Automation Management.  Produced ‘Operations Business Report’ to identify specific problems and where possible recommend corrective action to the Vice President and his direct reports. Created TOIL system that put a data warehouse at the fingertips of Line Managers throughout the nation and world.  
Project Management Analyst
- Technical Operations, Systems and Automation - Designed, financially justified, and developed new, or enhanced existing, computer systems and applications specific to the business needs of Technical Operations. Performed system analysis and design. Served as technical liaison between Technical Operations, IS, and other NW divisions, outside vendors, and other airlines. Evaluated new mainframe, PC, and distributed software and hardware. Provided technical support and training. Generated routine and ad-hoc database extract and statistical reports. Involved from initial defining of user requirements through final testing and implementation with ongoing support and maintenance. 
Yield Management Analyst - Marketing Planning - Primary responsibility was maximizing flight departure revenue by allocating an ideal seat compartment mix. Involved detailed analysis of all available data and market conditions with the subsequent forecasting, strategic implementation and maintenance of an ultimate seat allocation. Responsible for more than $480,000 in daily passenger revenue.
